Army Blue Uniform and ACU's?

Question: Is JROTC going to get the Army Blue Uniform or ACU's? If so when.

Answer: The Army Blue Dress Uniform is becoming the standard dress uniform eliminating the the Army Green Dress Uniform introduced in 1955. The Army Blue Dress Uniform has been in service since 1926 when the Army converted from the Model 1910 Closed Collar Tunic. The Army Camoflage Uniform (ACU) is a tactical uniform that will be replace the BDU-WCU (Woodland Camoflage Uniform) and the BDU-DC3 (Desert Camoflage 3 color) in all Army units. You wear Dress Uniforms for formal affairs such as parades and the like while you wear a tactical uniform for field duty and work details. At some point Jr. ROTC programs will have to convert as well as the former uniforms will no longer be available in the supply system.
