Answer: Personally I like both. But only wear the skirt one if its warm enough for it (not sure of the temperature where you live). As for accessories, I would say look for earrings, bracelet or a necklace in the darker blue (like the flowers in the shirt) or if you want metal, go for silver jewelry.
