Answer: Most female college tennis players and beginners wear a outfit having a skort. This enables the ladies to stuff the tennis balls up in the skort so they are accessible when reaching for the balls when needed. Some popular brands include Nike and Adidas, and you can find most athletic clothes at your local sports retail store and most carry very good brands. Some shoe brands that I recommend are Nike, Reebok, Adidas, or New Balance. Personally, I play with New Balance because of comfort. Any balls will work and a popular choice in stores is the Penn tennis balls. For a beginners racquet, you can find one at Walmart or Target for about 20 bucks. Start out with that and if you want to improve your game, take some lessons and ask your coach for a game improvement racquet :)
